To maintain the performance and longevity of your Guardian gloves, proper care is essential. Before first use, lightly dampen the palms to activate the grip. During play, keep the latex slightly moist for optimal performance.

After each session, gently rinse the gloves with lukewarm water to remove dirt and sweat. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents, as they can damage the materials. Let the gloves air dry naturally away from direct heat sources such as radiators or sunlight.

Store your gloves in a cool, dry place and avoid leaving them in your bag for extended periods after use. For best results, use a glove bag to protect the latex and maintain freshness.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund, the gloves must be unused and in their original condition, with the protective plastic on the palms still intact.

If there is an issue with your gloves, you must contact us first by sending clear photos of the problem. Once reviewed, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
